Your booking page performance
The funnel on your reports page — how many people viewed your public booking page, searched for a time, and booked, with a conversion rate.
Updated Aug 24, 2026
The reports page includes a Booking page performance card showing how your public booking page is doing, over the last 7 and 30 days:
- Views — how many times your booking page was opened.
- Searches — how many times a visitor changed the date or party size to look for a time.
- Bookings — how many of those visits ended in a confirmed online reservation.
- Conversion — bookings as a share of views.
How to read it
- Lots of views, few bookings — demand is there but something in the flow loses people. Check that your service periods cover the times people want, that party-size limits aren't too tight, and that your page isn't frequently showing "no availability".
- Few views — the page isn't being found. Check where your booking link is published (website, Google profile, social bios).
- Searches much higher than views — visitors are hunting through dates for a free slot; consider opening more capacity at peak times or suggesting off-peak availability.
The numbers count page activity only — no personal information about visitors is collected or stored.
Bookings made by your staff, over the phone, or through a connected system are not part of this funnel; it measures the public online flow only.
