The arrivals page

The arrivals page is the host stand's view of tonight: every active booking for the day, plus the live waitlist, on one screen that updates in real time.

Triage, not a list

Parties are grouped the way a host actually works the door:

• Overdue — past their booking time and not seated. Each shows a red "N min late" timer so you know who to call first.
• Due now — booked within the next 45 minutes.
• Later today — the rest of the night.
• Arrived & seated — parties already at a table, kept at the bottom for stragglers.

Typing in the search box narrows every group to matching names — fastest way to find "Henderson, party of 4" while they're standing in front of you.

What each party card shows

The time, the guest's name, a VIP badge, the covers, the assigned table when one is pinned, the booking status, and — never buried — the guest's allergies in a red strip with severity dots. A party where some guests are at the stand and others are still on their way carries a Waiting Party badge. On a phone the time and late timer sit above the name so long names never get cut off.

Checking guests in

Every party carries an Arrived 0/N chip — the booking guest plus any covers without a name. Tap it once per person as they reach the stand (Waiting); once everyone is counted, tap again to walk them to the table (Seated). The chip turns green when the whole party is in. Companions you have linked to a guest record get their own named chip instead, so you can check them in individually. All here marks the entire party as waiting in one tap. Seating

Seat places the party using the engine's best table. Where AI table suggestions are enabled, the ✨ button proposes a table with its reasoning — one tap seats them there.
