Do you charge per cover or per reservation?
Never. Every plan includes unlimited reservations and covers. You pay one flat price per venue, full stop — that's the whole point.
What happens when I add a venue?
Your subscription quantity increases by one venue and Stripe prorates the difference automatically. Remove a venue and it adjusts back.
Is there really a free trial?
14 days, no credit card required. Set up a venue, take real bookings, and decide afterwards.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — move between Essentials and Pro whenever you like from the billing portal. Pro unlocks deposits & card holds, AI features, the API, POS connectors, spend & lifetime-value analytics and demand forecasting.
Who owns my guest data?
You do. Guest records, reservations and history are yours; we never sell them or expose them to a diner marketplace.
