A QR code turns a printed poster or table tent into a doorway to your online tools — no app, no typing a web address. TableStack has a built-in printable QR for your waitlist, and your booking page is a plain web link you can turn into a QR too.

Waitlist QR poster

TableStack generates a ready-to-print waitlist QR poster for your venue. Guests scan it at the door and add themselves to your waitlist — name, party size, phone — straight from their phone. Their entry appears on your host rail live, so nobody has to hover at the stand to hold their place.

To use it, open the waitlist QR page and print it (your browser's print dialog). Tape it by the door or the host stand. The code points at your venue's self-serve join page, so every scan lands in the right venue's queue.

A QR for your booking page

Your public booking page lives at a normal web address — /{your-org}/{your-venue}/book. Because it's just a link, you can put it behind a QR code anywhere it's handy for diners:

• on a table tent so guests can book their next visit before they leave,
• on a window decal or A-frame at the entrance,
• on printed menus, receipts and flyers.

Any QR generator will encode that booking-page address, and the embed & booking page settings show you the exact link to use. Point diners there and they move through the whole party-size-to-confirmed flow on their own phone.
